Looking Ahead to 2025: Empowering People-Centric M&A success

As we step into 2025, I find myself reflecting on an incredible journey during my first year as CEO of NayaDaya Analytics. This past year has been one of milestones, learning, and building momentum.

In early 2024, we launched our People Impact Analytics™ solution – a service designed to address a critical need in M&A and transformations: mitigating people risks and ensuring engaging, socially sustainable integrations. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with more than a hundred clients, partners, and M&A consultants across dozens of countries. Their feedback is clear: companies driving acquisitions are increasingly focused on de-risking their investments and securing measurable business outcomes.

M&A is accelerating, but the approach is shifting – becoming more results-driven, with greater emphasis on the human element. This is where our solution shines. Not only does it help identify and manage people risks, but it also promotes inclusivity and engagement throughout the integration process. There’s nothing else like it on the market. At a time when many companies are still grappling with how to effectively leverage AI, our service provides a tangible, impactful, and straightforward use case.

In 2024, we garnered significant interest in the market, secured milestone deals, and, most importantly, delivered real business value to our clients. The trajectory feels exponential, and this January is already shaping up to be our busiest month ever.

As we kick off 2025, we’re energized by the opportunities ahead. We are committed to supporting companies that share our drive for meaningful, people-focused transformation success. If you or your clients are exploring how to achieve de-risked and successful change, we’d love to connect.

Cheers,

Petri
